Do not trust your care to this company. They do not listen to the patients concerns, will talk over them and proceed to argue with the patient and call them a liar. After 2nd aide who was supposed to come but did not although I waited all day, I received a call 5 days later for someone to come out. I am a Licensed Social Worker who attempted to send a MEDICARE referral to this agency. I was met with tactlessness from the moment the phone was answered. This agency offers no PT or OT services, yet advertises as such: "At Home Care LLC was recognized and certified in 1997 by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as one of modern home-health care agencies which are scientifically measured and assessed to have high-quality home-health care services for promoting health and improving the quality of life."
