The district manager at Charlotte Metropolitan Store by far “Superior Customer Service” I spoke with him today about my Halloween 👻 Holy Grail, I’ve been searching for over 3 years. I didn’t expect him to go above and beyond my greatest expectations but he absolutely did!! This is definitely customer service “back in the old days” the kind of service that is unmatched and unheard of in today’s would!! You are awesome.., thank you!
