At first glance i love this place & i really need a location in my area (S.e. Connecticut) but id just say the associates here are not well trained in the use of (Klarna) at the register.. online it says you can get qualified at the register & when im asking them they say you need a card... im like (Klarna) doesnt have physical cards??? Caused me wayy more headaches than what i need.. smh
There were tons of things to look at, browse, etc...but the floor person was not very helpful when I asked for help finding something in the very huge store. I seemed to have disrupted her and she was less than helpful.
Every time I go there there's a woman her name is Lori she is so helpful all I have to do is describe my item that I want and she knows right where it is and she even helps me select exactly what I need she's amazing I appreciate her very much and I hope they do too I also like to add that this is the Warwick store the one on Bald Hill road
