Great customer service! So many options, and reasonable prices!
We purchased a chimnea 2 months ago and it crumbled into about 20 pieces after 2 months of use. It was protected from moisture, the pan never got wet, it just did not hold up. Don't waste your $.

UPDATE: After contacting 'Corporate' and speaking to the 'Regional Store Manager', I have been informed that if you have your receipt or are an Insider Perks Member (where your purchases are recorded) or your original method of payment... there is N.O. "limit on returns, within a lifetime." So....isn't it shocking that Robbie/Front End Cashier Manager does not know the 'Corporate' policy that issues her paycheck??? Pure N.A.S.T.Y.
