First they were scheduled by the warranty company to come out on a Monday, they didn't show up, didn't call. I called to see where the tech was, was informed that they didn't service my area. Called the warranty company back, was rescheduled for Friday with supposedly a different company, but got a call Thursday afternoon by At Bay again telling me they don't service my area. Very poor service. The customer service appointment was canceled at the last minute. I waited from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and even called at 3:15 PM to confirm that they were still coming. However, at 5:00 PM, customer service called to cancel the appointment and reschedule it for seven days later. I do not recommend using this service. Their appointment scheduling is unreliable, and customers should not depend on their confirmed appointments.
Terrible service. No one showed up despite two scheduled appointments, and we were left with a non-working dishwasher for an extended period, and lost two days of work.
My dishwasher was not cleaning the top rack dishes properly and was still under warranty through Square. They sent a technician from At Bay Appliance Repair. Salakh showed up and was on time for the appointment. He called in advance to arriving like I had requested to let me know his arrival time. He diagnosed the problem with dishes on the top rack not washing properly. This was right before Christmas and parts needed to be ordered. They arrived between Christmas and New Year's and he just finished installing them today - J... read more
