I was very disappointed with At Bay Appliances. The technician sent to repair my dishwasher was not prepared and lacked the necessary skills and tools. The first step to any dishwasher repair is to remove the appliance, but the technician was unable to do this safely or correctly. First, they didn’t disconnect the dishwasher from the electricity. What a inflexible crappy customer service ? Very disappointed with them. They need multiple rounds (2+) to fix any issue and they are NOT at all flexible with scheduling. Hope the owner of this company see this review and do things to help it's customers.
Repair techs have no integrity. I will never use this company again and DO NOT RECOMMEND. At Bay Appliance Repair was sent to my home by my home warranty company to diagnose and repair an issue with my washing machine. The technician arrived late. Visit window was 8am - 12 am. I received a call from him at 12:50 he said he was running late and would arrive in 30 mins. He arrived completed the inspection and indicated that he noticed some rocking when the machine started and determined that the cause for clothes remaining wet... read more
Three visits and they have failed to fix my refrigerator or even identify the issue. Old republic warranty is equally culpable for knowingly partnering with this incompetent vendor.
Genuinely terrible company. You have better chance getting your appliance fixed by a dog then there techs. There tech told me my dryer was running to cold. He didn’t even know how to turn on diagnostics mode on the dryer. After the “repair” my dryer is still running hot at 77 degrees C the max temp it should be is 68 degrees C. I lost $1000s of dollars worth of clothes because of them and honestly at this point I’m deciding whether I should waste my lawyers time or not.
