Great experience with Duluth Auto & Body. I hit an object on the road, cracking the bottom of my bumper and damaging the grill. I could either run this through auto insurance or pay out of pocket. Rates are already high enough, so I chose to pay out of pocket. I went to a few larger, more well-known auto body shops, and they all wanted to replace the bumper and charge other diagnostic fees, which was very costly.
