Mario is an amazing teacher! His classes center around a dynamic flow and always leave me feeling centered, refreshed, and ready to come back to the mat. Mario really cares about all of his students and provides great adjustments during class while making sure he considers everyone's limitations. I highly recommend all of his classes!
