I went there to buy spare part for my Audi, The staff was very kind and helpful except a guy who said I’m owner of this company. I was trying to find my car part in service desk but a guy came inside and said you can’t stay here, we’re only doing service in here, come with me I’ll show you where you can find spare parts and I followed him.
