Would not recommend. Terrible customer service and total time wasters. Purchased an alternator over the phone (live 7 hours away). Turns out it didn't fit. Tried to return it opportunistically while driving through Sydney on holidays with the kids and dog. I didn't have the invoice with me but did have the eftpos receipt. They expected me to leave the alternator and sort the money out later. Not good enough. I turned left from the main road on miowera road to collect spare parts. Google has two addresses. There should be a warning turning from the main road. It is a hook/hair pin turn. I nearly careered into the other lane. The location of the store is a hazard and more road signs should be available to indicate the dangerous location. The store needs to be clear of two addresses which location to pick up from and a warning from staff to people new to the shop.
