They gave me an appointment to fix my phone at there Iselin, NJ store and when I went there at 10am to drop off my phone they said I would not get it back until 7pm for a screen repair. So I then decided to schedule an in-home service and they scheduled me from 1pm to 3pm And never showed up at all. I will definitely be looking forward to canceling services with them. AppleCare is much better. These people are super irresponsible.
absolute WASTE OF TIME! completely missed my time slot to fix my phone and had me wait an extra 2 hours just to reschedule. awful experience

Under he most impossibly distressing circumstances, Ashley heipelped me so thoroughly with all the problems with the device as well as data recovery ALL ON HER OWN TIME, but the most amazing part was the care,kindness and the humanity that she showed.SO GRATEFUL
Tech never called or showed up phone support can barely read the lines the are given. Horrible company
