absolute WASTE OF TIME! completely missed my time slot to fix my phone and had me wait an extra 2 hours just to reschedule. awful experience

Under he most impossibly distressing circumstances, Ashley heipelped me so thoroughly with all the problems with the device as well as data recovery ALL ON HER OWN TIME, but the most amazing part was the care,kindness and the humanity that she showed.SO GRATEFUL
Tech never called or showed up phone support can barely read the lines the are given. Horrible company
I was have a problem with my new S25+ & my old S23+. Amanuel was fantastic, he helped me resolve both problems on each phone. He showed me how to connect my phone to the eSIM for the S25+, and then he showed me how to reset the S23+ to factory settings. He was very patience with me, which made my visit great. Thanks Amanuel, really appreciated your help.
