asurion ins. repair do not make you hold. they offer one amount then send you check for less then what offer you .. they dont make hold again they only offer deflated amount for product . they dont give the amount to replace offer to fix it

They just overcharge you and are basically useless, because they take so much money while claiming it’s free. They charge a $129 service fee just to replace something simple like a single keyboard key

Utterly disgusted. My dad has been a member for five years since 2021. Everything is automatic payment, and my dad called in the 15th. And couldn't get a claim for a iPad. Suspended our account, and couldn’t get it back. For five years, my dad has been paying for five years and spent $2,100. Around 60 months in 5 years. All the customer service helpers were useless and couldn't explain clearly. We had to renew our account and pay another $35 to be covered. NEVER submit an insurance claim through this organization and never have someone submit a claim on behalf of you! if your service carrier refers you to this company, DEMAND for an alternative pathway. staff was kind, tho! (but ultimately not helpful)
