Zero stars if I could, a scrawny black dude with dreads came to "fix" a simple cracked screen and managed to disconnect my camera from the phone. My camera was working just fine before with a cracked screen, after it was handled by the "technician" both front and back camera doesn't work. Made me wait 3 days to see another technician to fix THEIR mistake just to be told that he can't do anything about it and to just replace my phone all together. Great, thanks for costing me way more than it should've been.

Bad customer service with Frigidaire services they take a week and a half to come out on a schedule appointment and then another week and a half to come back out to repair that poor service.

Bad experience, took forever to get a simple screen replacement. Pushes to much on their crappy home plan.

Shady as hell! I filed a warranty claim to fix my cell phone screen and they "fixed" other stuff I never authorized (like my battery). I thought that was strange but thought, no biggie, new battery, cool. But an hour later I get a text saying that Home Device Repair for $25/mo has been added to my bill. Spoke to Verizon who confirmed that Asurion added it to my account without ever discussing with me. This is unethical behavior! Verizon said they would report it.
