Paid $65 for a diagnosis for my laptop and had to wait 3 weeks just for them tell me what the issues MIGHT be. Feels like money wasted since I still have to go to ANOTHER shop to get it diagnosed AGAIN. The staff is kind but I was not informed my laptop would be shipped to some unknown place for 3 weeks. Avoid!
Never even repaired my phone after I paid for it in advance. They typically make you only pay 50% down but they messed up so I just agreed to pay in advance. The receipt printer ofc didn't work so I told them to email it to me and never got an email. Not sure if it's the store itself or the workers but this place will scam you
The customer service representative was extremely rude and essentially hung up on me when I called, simply because an emergency vehicle with its sirens on had passed me.
