TERRIBLE, honestly just so Bad. Google support sent my wife here for a warranty fix on her pixel 10. Google support said they were open but we kept calling before making the drive and no one ever picked up. We made an appointment online for a following day explaining the issue. When she arrived for the appointment and explained her issues she was told they don't have parts for a Pixel 10 and can't order them, Google just sends them whatever.
