This repair shop is completely disorganized. I was referred to them through Asurion.com and McAffee. The technicians don't know what they are doing. They suggested I leave my computer there for a number of days, even though I had a two hour appointment. The guy at the counter was out of his element. Kept going in the back to talk to some technician. Like the Wizard of Oz. The wizard was too busy to help me and the guy at the counter didn't know what to do. I do not recommend that anyone bring a computer here.
