I had two problems with my iPhone: (1) silent mode didn't work; and, (2) the screen was broken. Chris helped me and quickly diagnosed my problem as a dirt build-up on the switch and only the screensaver was damaged, not the screen. Its employees like Chris that will make me return to UBreakiFix in the future AND I will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you!
