The only thing was that the guy told me that there would probably be damage to the exterior of the phone, but when he gave it back to me it was like new. So they didn't fulfill that promise :) Thank you very much. 5 stars
Chad was excellent. He explained things clearly.
I was asked to return twice. And then they were unable to fix my product. Went to another retailer. Able to fix it within thirty minutes. Don't waste your time or energy on them.
