Somewhat helpful but not really. They really need to step it up when it comes to calling back to customers about the updates on their devices. And call back when you say you'd call back later. I had to give them a call to remind them to start working on my device. Also, I've never once got a call from them, even when my device had an updated status. I'm not complaining about them not being able to fix my device, but they way they communicate, which is key when comes to businesses.
