Chad took care of me. Smart, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! My Pixel 6a was getting a free battery replacement. The battery was back ordered and came in on the date I was given 2 weeks ago. Replacement was a 3 hour drop off situation. Plenty of shopping close by to kill time, fyi.
