I needed to transfer my really, really, really old Dell computer contents — that ran on windows xp — to an external hard drive in order to be able to access the contents on my mac and they were able to do it. They had to order a part (I think it was a cable) to do so because the software was so old. They didn’t disappoint and their prices are reasonable. I am very satisfied.
