I originally had a good overall experience getting my laptop screen repaired and replaced. Unfortunately, when I received my laptop back, the keyboard backlight was no longer working. Before leaving my laptop with them, I clearly explained that the only issue was the screen and that the keyboard backlight was functioning perfectly. 10/10 !!!! Would def go back again!! I only needed a replacement for my screen protector and brought my own and they replaced it with no charge and did a wonderful job!!
Everyone was extremely nice a technician who had the day off, came in to finish the repairs to my laptop great guys My only grape is the technicians don’t come until 11 and they don’t tell you that online but overall good experience good price no complaints. They got it done
