These guys were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Making an appointment online accelerated the process even more. Drop your gear, and in several cases your repair can be made while you shop a little or go for lunch. We’ll be back!

They do great work. Prices are competitive. Checking out always takes a long time, there is no way to pay ahead of time or online to expedite the pick up process. So expect long wait times is anyone else is in the store. The checkout process is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.
Big thank you to Joe and the team at uBreakiFix. A new Dell laptop of mine would not power up despite me trying every tip I could find via google/reddit/dell. I went to Best Buy (where I purchased it) and they said it would be two weeks and $99. Joe and team were able to run a free diagnostics test to pinpoint the actual issue, and then fixed the issue. They got the laptop back to me same day!
