Very happy with the service, had to change screen on S24+, they done in no time and took care of the warranty procedure.
Makayla and Casey did a great job fixing my phone. They fixed my phone without me giving them the passcode and they did a really great job!
I was kept informed of the progress of my repair. The cost and likelihood of repairing my device was discussed and made clear. It took about 1 1/2 weeks to evaluate and complete the process.
uBreakiFix was amazing! I called a few times with some questions and they were always very pleasant and answered all my questions. They were also very fast and professional and got me on my way quickly. I had a friend's drop off my phone while I was at work and by the time I was out, my phone was ready for pick-up!
I brought my Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio in to this repair shop for a basic battery replacement. What I got back was a sluggish, laggy, and underperforming machine. Originally, they told me the battery was fine but claimed the hard drive was defective—which made no sense since everything worked perfectly before I brought it in. They offered to replace the drive for $150 at a "discounted rate."
