Excellent service professional and polite.
When my phone was returned to me, I was not informed that it was in :"mainteance" mode. I thought I had lost all.my contacts and all of ny photos. After 2 hours of anxiety. I called the shop. After being on hold for 20 ninutes, i was able to resolve the problem and restore contacts and photos. Decent customer could have spared me 3 horrible hours. I won't be referring friends to these guys.

I went here for a Pixel 9 Pro warranty repair, to get the screen replaced. Had a great experience overall; they fixed my phone in the amount of time they estimated (~2 hours), were friendly and professional, and my phone is like new now.
