Gage was able to get my phone working after the other stores said it was gone for good
Gage and Kyle were great. Kyle called me before the store opened to learn more about my upcoming appointment and what was going on with my phone. I went in early and Gage was super helpful. They had my phone's screen replaced within 4 hrs and took care of all the warranty information so I paid nothing (my phone was suffering from the vertical green line defect common to a lot of Pixel phones). Gage also cleaned my phone's charging port, which was a nice bonus!
