I’m so frustrated and mad at this point I have been waiting almost a whole week for a brand new phone I’ve talk to bout four different people on the team I was even told I can change the color of my phone by three other workers and now they telling that they only have black in stock this the WORST PHONE SERVICE I’ve ever had and on top of that I’m paying insurance fees and deductible and have to wait five to seven business days when everybody else is telling me that it only takes one or two days I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE TROU... read more

I have had asurion for years and needed my screen replaced. The only option was to meet a technician in a near by town. So I set the appointment for 4 days later. On the day of the appointment I took off work and drove an hour to the location, waited 2 hours. The technician never showed and I called Asurain and they did not care and did nothing to help the situation.
