I have been paying them more many months, I needed to use the service and they sent me a Remanufactured phone, the problem is not that it is that they label it on the phone, so if I want to re sell it, it is impossible. Better take care of your phone if you need the service they send you a used phone and everybody is going to know it. Calling customer service to complain about it, the answer, in your contract says that the phone can be a remanufactured one. So, this is legal!!! Asurion has exceeded my expectations when it comes to fixing my phone. The claim process is easy and when it comes to the billing/payment portion of everything I think they are fairly priced.

Worst company ever, tries their best to not to help you with their list of excuses. One of them just put me on the hold while talking without sayn anything. They didn’t sent me sim card with replacement device and are makn tons of excuses for just 11 dollars will never wanna use it again
