I've taken my BMW here a few times and they are knowledgeable and friendly. They do good work and are upfront about services needed and pricing.
I dropped off my car for a repair end of December. I was told that the parts were coming from Germany. After a few weeks, I said I would pickup the car, but they said the parts were pre-paid so I couldn't get it. It took nearly 6 weeks to complete the repairs. When I finally picked up the car, they charged me $700 more than they quoted. I actually saw the mechanic's handwriting with the quoted amount on it.
