Rude, arrogant and self centred people, not a care in the world for their tenants. Absolutely terrible communication, avoid at all costs
Proactive and trustworthy . Excellent communication and took a very proactive approach to ensure we had tenants within 1 week of property being handed over to us. Allowed us to be very hands off which is just what we wanted! Would recommend to anyone.
Having leased through astute I would advise to avoid at all costs, breaching contracts and entering your property without warning, expecting you to vacate the property, have it deep cleaned and make a 2 hour round trip to drop off keys withing 1 day before 5pm also ridiculous, zero compromise or empathy even when you've bent over backwards for them. Horrific operating standards
