My experience with this practice was deeply harmful. During couples therapy, I felt consistently dismissed and victim blamed despite describing what I experienced as prolonged emotional and at times physical abuse within the relationship. I left feeling that there was a strong bias in how conflict and accountability were interpreted, and that my concerns as a male partner were not taken seriously. Therapy ultimately made me feel more confused, isolated, and psychologically distressed rather than supported.
I love the instructors and the classes and it's a very calming and nurturing environment as well. Very happy I found this studio!
This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!I did acupuncture yesterday with Ning . She made me feel so much better. It was my first time & I did not hurt nor did I really feel anything. Definitely would recommend eve try one to go to her! Jeannette
Kathryn’s classes are outstanding. She shares a wealth of knowledge and expertise, making each session both engaging and effective. Thanks to Kathryn, I’ve truly fallen in love with Pilates. I have also taken her Myo-Yin and Yin Yoga classes…again, 12/10! The Astute studio itself is peaceful and welcoming, and I always enjoy relaxing with a cup of tea on the patio after class. I wholeheartedly recommend Kathryn’s classes to anyone looking to improve their well-being and enjoy a supportive community.
