I love coming to Astute. The atmosphere is very calming and therapeutic. Ning is THE BEST! I also enjoy the yoga class with Emily. Lastly Nicky always comes down and opens the stairway for me because I don’t ride elevators. I really appreciate that!
I absolutely love Astute Counseling & Wellness Services! From the first time I came in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Important Update: I spoke with Becca after seeing her reply to my review. She was extremely upset that I left the review, and criticized me for doing so. She never once asked about my experience or what led to me writing such a review in the first place. She is clearly someone that cares more about the reputation of her business than quality of care provided. My experience with this practice was deeply harmful. I am writing this follow-up because I was unable to respond to the reply on my original review. Since posting it, I have been in contact with Becca regarding the traumatic experience I had with one of the therapists at the practice. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were met with empathy or compassion. Instead, the response felt defensive and focused more on the potential impact to the business’s reputation than on the experience I described.
