Went to 6pm class. There was a group of people outside and they never let the class in. Did not pick up phone or reschedule Update: they fixed it/ made up for it, seems like it usually doesn’t happen
The staff was incredible and kind, and the Reiki and sauna treatments I received were divine.
The space is just lovely! From the moment I walked in I was impressed by all the little details and the vibe of the place. It felt welcoming from the small retail section to the tea station, and the lounge space. I was greeted warmly by Kathryn. I attended the Sunday night Somatic Yin. Kathryn's presence feels like a hug from a friend you haven't seen in a while and her guidance through the postures was easy to follow and made for a smooth, melting session.
