We approached Astute drafting after many failed attempts to work with a designer willing to negotiate on our behalf with council. Being on a non standard land that was previously sub divided, we encountered many issues and were primarily pushed towards a cdc route, no doubt making the designers work easier, but wouldn’t have achieve what we wanted. Chris and the team at Astute were simply amazing! They designed sleek, quality plans for our tiny home. The design has added space and flow to a dark and poorly designed semi. Our plans were almost thwarted by a neighbouring dispute, that while bearing no substance caused some unnecessary anxiety. Chris and the team were very helpful on our home extension in Maroubra. Three team members did a tour of our house, and they provided many fresh ideas whilst also working to our original vision. They provided multiple designs for us to choose from and were very prompt with all their work. Astute took our project from zero to fully designed and DA approved by council. We will definitely be going back to them when we start the build!
