Absolutely do not recommend this place! I use the Shine On in Calallen everyday. Not a day missed. Never once was I told my tires are to “big” for there car wash. Mind you they’re stock tires (32s) with rims, not even a large offset. I haven’t changed a single thing about my vehicle since I purchased the fast pass. But today the “owner” was at this location and took my fast pass away because my “tires are to big”.... why would you even let me purchase a pass in the first place? I love it saves me time and I never complain if a spot is missed it’ll catch it the next time absolutely love it
My boyfriend just took his truck to be washed, but there was still slot of mud on wheels and bumper. He asked to run through again, but was told it was because they were special rims???? They wouldn’t help him, even though we are regular customers buying the most expensive wash. Never again!!!!
Great car wash! They never disappoint!
Drove off and didn’t notice my car wasn’t completely clean in the front and when i got back in line, the manager came out and they were all pointing at me.... so when i got up to pay, the lady told me the manager was already telling them to approve another wash for me. Great customer service!!
