Had to call AAA and ASTRO responded to the call we were told an hour and Tom the driver was at our location in less than 20 minutes. I have very serious anxiety and Tom was very friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel like I was a burden. We didn't have cash and while my wife went to get it he just talked to me and reassured me everything would be fine. They were sent from AAA to open my girlfriend’s car after she lost her keys. The guy excessively yanked on the door handle several times while trying to open the door and ripped off the door handle. After filing a reimbursement claim for the damage, we were told it was because the “car is old” and it “could’ve happened to anyone who tried opening the door”….
