Yes. My room is next to the mechanical room and on the ceiling has a duct that is noisy. Also, the foot steps of the neighbor living upstairs makes cracking sound like the ceiling will collapse on me. I am not getting the quietness I need when it is bed time. If anything can be done about the sound/noise it will be highly appreciated. Thanks
John dave is the best guy to help you out at avenue living, we live in 308 ,640 and we had an issue with bath tub and he fixed it immediately.
