Very very bad experience after paying $1475 a month for rent. We were promised by leasing office Kyle Campbell to receive the keys on Sept 16th as it was middle of the month moving. But when we reached the building he stopped replying to my text or calls at all. I called the call center and spoke to Madison who blatantly lied on my face saying we should go at the office and someone will be waiting for us there. Getting a mortgage would be better and cheaper then renting from avenue living and probably have less cockroaches.
