Had an item get stuck. Called the number and Randy said they would send someone out. I waited an hour and a half and called back. He said they would send someone out ASAP. Called back an hour later and still same story. Guess they want you to just give up and go on about your business while they take your money.
I used the machine at Laredo Beauty Supply today, Saturday, January 18, 2020. I just wanted $1 chips. I used my card and it billed me $3.50 automatically. I pressed on my selection and nothing happened. I could not get my product, not a rdfund, and I could not cancel. I will find out what agency regulates vending machines.
