We have been customers for 20+ years. Every year a technician comes out for a termite check - easy money for the company, they walk in, tap a few baseboards and look around outside. Takes all of 15 minutes. We paid the $150 bill a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing. So April 7, I decided to call to see if we were on the schedule. Had an appointment scheduled for 0930, the guy never showed up. When I called they told me that he was out and the technician should have called me. They didn’t even care, I asked what they could do to make this right and they said give me another appointment at a later date. I guess my time is absolutely worthless—I fully regret going with these guys, I’ve had nothing but problems from billing to customer service. Go anywhere else but here—you are being warned.

doing construction at one of astros customers houses, the tech that came out starting spraying the brand new siding and when he was asked to stop spraying on the new siding. he was extremely rude and said no. went and got owner of the house. They told the tech not to come because there was construction going on and they didn’t want the service at that time.
