No false promises on time either. With the current status, we were advised of a realistic time frame for delivery. True to form the call came and the door was installed as expected. Using our existing closer, the door is quieter and sits tight to ground level. Well executed. Customer service has also been great.
Astro Garage Dооr Repair are busy folks, so it took them a couple days to get to our broken garage door springs. Eric came to the rescue. He provided a complete estimate up front and the price was reasonable. We have a beast of a heavy door. He replaced both springs within a short period of time and got us back in business.
