Tito was very helpful and professional.
Called about a vehicle on Saturday, but they were closed, put in a request. To my pleasant surprise they did call even though they were closed for the day. Monday morning they texted and said the vehicle was still available and we set an appointment to test drive. Once we arrived on Monday, they informed us the vehicle had a faulty battery and was going to auction. We drove an hour out of our way to look at the vehicle. Good service, however never checked air pressure but seemed to be pretty fast for 2 trucks with both having tire rotation.
Have to say I have bought many vehicles in my time. Astro Ford was the Best Buy a large margin!!! KC was my salesman he was very professional and greeted us very quickly. Showed us 2 different versions that we like and test drove. I really wasn’t thinking of trading my vehicle in because I didn’t think they would give me a good trade value. Boy was I was I wrong the used car manager gave me such a good price on my vehicle that I had to buy a new truck lol.
