Do your due diligence and ask around first. Local mechanic shops in the area will warn you about their practices on vehicles—new and old—and especially their service department. In my experience, repairs took far longer than expected, cost more than quoted, and did not fully resolve the issue. No loaner cars or assistance were provided in trying to rectify their mistakes and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend them based on my experience. Please ask around—people are friendly and will tell you the truth.
Typically have great service but last week I was at service department and a young man with dark hair was my advisor. He was short, rude and didn’t keep me informed about the status. Very unlike Astro Ford. Extremely disappointed.
Lack of communication and not following through with commitments in order to make a sale. Would not recommend.
Great group of people and very knowledgeable and helpful. Aaron is the guy to see here. Very good guy.
