About this business
After years of working in the pest control industry, founder Lamar Culbreth fulfilled his dream by starting his own pest control business in 1969. With his wife, Margaret, he opened the first Astro Exterminating office in Valdosta with himself being the only technician. Today with eleven locations, Mr. Culbreth's daughter, Laura C. Perlman, son, Rick Culbreth, and granddaughter, Melissa Bullington Thomas, manage over 200 employees in South Georgia and Hilton Head, South Carolina.

Don't bother with this company. They have continued to charge me for 6 months and no one has shown up. Even when a tech did show up, I'd still have roaches. Whatever they use doesn't work. Don't waste your money.
My mom used to have foster kids and one of them introduced bed bugs into her home. She had been trying to get rid of them for over 5 years using foggers, sprays, DE powder, and many other things. They would be suppressed but were never eradicated. Sadly, she recently passed away, which meant I now had to deal with them. Randall from Astro lived down the street from her. Initial, I began pest control service with Astro on 5/26/22 and they were on target. The pest control tech would come as per stated every quarter (3 months). The tech was very nice and would answer all concerns. He would text me prior to his visit to let me know he would be in the area and could he come by to service my home. The service was good until he no longer worked for them and I received a charged to my American Express for service rendered on 11/30/23, which I hadn't receive.
