Chad is the BEST!!!
Tommy always does an outstanding job taking great care f my property.
We have tenants at this address, so we would like to inform them of this inspection before it takes place. We would want the same for ourselves. That would be the most courteous thing to do. So sending a reminder notice by mail or phone would be appreciated. That way it's in our hands as to when we want this done. We don't believe the service should be performed without first getting an ok from the homeowners. We also didn't receive a report about the inspection.
