This place is a joke. They overcharge regularly on already mediocre overpriced food. The service couldn’t be worse. The food quality is pure trash. Fries were cold and soggy. Bun was wet. The Mac n cheese that you pay over $3 for is just a tiny cup of day old kraft box Mac n cheese. They cook the cheese fries in a microwave in a styrofoam container that literally melts styrofoam chunks into your fries. Somehow the quality keeps getting worse even as prices are going way up. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s instead

bad service the manager take my orden and he charged me an extra burger and when i went to give the extra burger and give me my money back he talk rude to me like telling me that i wanted free food how would i want free food if i did'nt need it i give it back to him the olny thing that he had to say id i'm sorry i made a mistake which he did'nt
They have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I had a horrible experience today with them, and called later to speak with the manager and he was just as rude as the girl at the window. After speaking to him about my frustrations, all he said was okay, I’ll address it with them and hung up. I will NEVER go back there ever again. Do yourself a favor and go to Apollo Burger or Crown Burger instead.

I always eat there and they never disappoint. Good burgers and kabobs, and the shakes and apple bites are good as well.
