I will NEVER take another vehicle to Discount Auto Glass again. They might’ve been good 10 years ago, but the service now is terrible. My windshield was installed so poorly that my car has literally gotten rained in FOUR different times. When I realized the issue was the windshield, I went back because they claim to offer a warranty on their work. Turns out that “warranty” is basically useless. I am writing to formally complaint about both the service I received and the unprofessional behavior I experienced from this company and(Owner) They replaced my windshield do to a Crack it never leak before over my sun visor. I went to have work done on 01-05-2026 It rain on 01-09-2026..I went back Saturday morning 01-10-2026 to tell the Owner he didn't want it fix it we argue for 15 min before he decided to remove the Windshield and reseal and replace I am very disappointed poor workmanship and bad business ethic (Beware).
Trash left my car windshield with gaps and my plastic frame all loose!!
