I rented a twnhm from her a fire destroyed the unit next to mine. I moved out Pat deducted $725. out of my deposit of $895. The fire dpt drugged their house thru my unit causing extreme damage Pat lied to the owner Gold Property Partners LLC blaming me for the damage. The incident rpt said $6,000-$10,000 by the fire and the fire dpt. I have been trying to get in contact with Abraham Gray to show him pictures of the unit after the fire but no luck.
