While living in the ****************** I was targeted because I was autistic. The manger, her husband the maintenance man and owner moved in 2 residence who get money off rent to spy on the tenants. They spied on my every move. The owner, manger and maintenance man listened at my door all the time. Id take pictures of their feet. This was against the right to privacy state law ********. They told me I was going to be hired on the maintenance team. After collecting all of my information I did not respond to a text on a Sunday within a couple hours and was told I would no longer be hired because of this. This is a slumlord operation.
The Lovelander. Mice in the walls, I once saw a snake skin in the hall, you have no control of the temp in your apartment, and they kept it at 65 during the winter. Freezing! The windows weren't secure in their frames so sometimes snow would blow in. I had to duct tape them during the winter. Water damage on the ceiling outside my apartment door, dripping onto the floor. The owner of this property is very condescending, rude and unprofessional. Her manner in speaking is very disrespectiful and careless. In my 30 years of working in the business community I've incountered few individuals with such complete disregard for another persons feelings. Along with sharing this review with your organization I intend to continue informing others of my experience with regard to the pompous and unfair treatment I received from the owner of the Barker House.
