I just swapped clinics as my previous clinic was of no help, the secretaries were super nice and very quick to check me in and I was seen immediately. Doctor Severiano was wonderful and listened to all my problems providing me with solutions, anyone looking for a good clinic and an amazing doctor this clinic is one I would recommend!
Nekol and staff are amazing, very professional while being very easy to work with. There are very few doctors offices that I have been to that run this well and have such a great team and provider. I drive an hour+ each way to visit them, and it totally is worth it. Nekol seems to really care, is super friendly, easy to talk to, and is up to date on all the current treatment and medication possibilities.
My dad recently broke his ribs and Nicole still wants him to come in just so he can receive his meds. Hes been taking the same medication for his mental illness for a very long time and Nicole still doesn't want to refill his meds for 30 days so he can have time to recover. Now suddenly, he has to come in with his broken ribs (in a lot of pain and can barely walk). Nicole seems like she does not care and needs to be evaluated or removed for unprofessionalism and endangering my dad's mental well being. I have all ready helped... read more
