I dont even know where to begin. I had an appointment first thing in the morning. I got there at 8am. I was the only person in the waiting room. 8:30 rolled around and I finally walked up to the front desk to ask where my doctor was. They said she's not a morning person and is always late in the morning. Why on earth would you schedule an appointment for the morning if you're not going to show up for work? So disrespectful. Absolutely terrible. If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. The doctor I was seeing was rude and took forever to get back to me. I initially went in in November for a service that should’ve taken a month, no more, and I didn’t hear anything back until mid February. I had to keep pestering them until I was informed that they would not be supplying me with my medication after all, which was the sole reason I even started going there! I have been receiving bills from here for services I did not receive. I have tried calling multiple times and cannot get anyone to help me resolve the issue nor even return my messages. Now I am getting late notices.
