Beaware ...Astria realty in Scottsdale Arizona charge me 10% listing fee, while other listing company usually is total 6% , i have a 1 bed room condo in scottsdale i ended up paying $ 1050 for listing fee ( $ 875x 12 mos x 10% =$ 1050 ) plus 10% management fee every month ( $ 87.5 ) , but they alway sent me payment late. service is very loudsy...and be aware on the listing contract when you tried to sign with this realty with sky high service fee and serive is really really bad.
