She breaks down the information she’s giving to you and explains it so that you completely understand, making it easier to take charge of your own health. I feel that she truly cares about your health and sincerely wants to help you obtain homeostasis and if you have questions, she’s quick to respond. Dr Liz is absolutely amazing. So knowledgable in the genetic understanding to assist me in my physical and emotional obstacles though diet, supplements and mindfulness. My overall health has dramatically improved and is now allowing me to have such a more peaceful life.
