I am extremely frustrated with how disorganized and unprofessional this office is. I requested time off from work and rearranged my entire morning routine to attend an appointment scheduled for today. I drove to the office, lost two hours of work (and received points at my job because of their point system), only to be told at the front desk that I was scheduled by mistake and did not have an appointment.
