I won’t be going back and neither will my family. The doctors and nurses were fine but I have spent countless hours on the phone with their “customer service” trying to get a refund check when both my insurance and I paid the same bill. It took my insurance company to call (with me on the line) to get them to even admit they had received double payment. Now 4 months later and I still don’t have my $150 back. Hope it’s worth it to lose my business. And maybe whoever else sees my review here.
So when your husband is dizzy and short of breath it makes sense to go to the closest Urgent Care center, right? Wrong! Not only did they misdiagnose his condition, they compounded our anxiety and stress by ordering an ambulance and sending us to the ER in Morristown, where we spent 4 hours for no reason at all. All because THEY REVERSED THE WIRES ON HIS EKG AND MISREAD THE RESULTS! Very unprofessional. Very dangerous. This place needs to reevaluate their protocols and personnel ASAP.
Just had the worst experience at Astra health centers in Basking Ridge. The woman behind the counter was horribly rude. They refused to accept the fact that my health insurance has 0 deductible. Even though it states it on the front of my card and even after my insurance provider spoke to them, they wouldn't take their word. Same insurance plan 10+ years never had 1 problem until today. Needless to say, I drove down the hill and went to family care. No problems there! Lesson learned.
One of the best place to work. The environment is so healthy and equipments are so good. Love this place. :)
