First practice with Anya was at women’s retreat. It was so relaxing , starting with essential oils and finishing with a sound bath. Excellent structure of the class flow. Anya is very knowledgeable, gives a lot of insights, helps with modifications. Recently had another yoga session with Anya, I gained more knowledge for new poses , I liked long stretching, by the end I felt reborn with a new energy, just what I needed during Holiday season :) if you are looking for a great yoga experience, this is the place!
