The most horrible nail salon experience I ever had, left me in tears. I ask them for a nail builder manicure. They did not know how to properly do a builder, even though it is promoted in their facility as their specialty. Then they told me I need to remove my builder before coming into the facilities. Which why I would remove my builder at home when I pay for it at the nail salon, also never got told that before, and I had a builder done many times before at other nail salons. Very clean salon and the staff are all super nice. They helped me pick the perfect color and didn’t rush me at all which I appreciated. Overall such a good experience
I had such a great experience at Astra! The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The place was clean, relaxing, and well-organized. My nail technician paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy with the shape, color, and overall look. My nails turned out even better than I expected and have lasted really well. You can tell they truly care about their work and their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service!
