I had an incredibly unsettling experience at this clinic on Saturday. When I arrived and asked initial questions, the front desk attendant simply said, "Don't worry, don't worry, go sit down." I completed their intake form on their iPad, but when handing it to the second front desk attendant, I specifically asked if someone would explain the dosage, total price, and treatment plan. Dr. Svitlana made it her personal goal to ensure I received the proper care and correct Botox dosage for my chronic hyperhidrosis.
