My Mom had a hip replacement then broke her femur the same day. So her femur and new hip had to be repaired. This meant two surgeries in two days. That also means extra care and healing time. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! My wife just recently got out of the hospital and this nurse wants to come and do an in home visit. That’s great and all, and I thought it was a covered visit, and it wasn’t. Halfway through, she looks at her book and says it all sad: “ohhhh you’re self pay…ohh…and btw it will be $250 for this visit” When you have someone that is a nurse read something to you that she should have known beforehand read it to you like it’s new to her… Don’t tell me how “professional” your company’s business is when ... read more
