Extremely disappointed with the arrangement delivered to the funeral home for a family member . I asked Sandra to send me a picture of the arrangement of flowers I ordered. Sandra refused to send me a picture of the finished product. She said it was against their office policy to send pictures . I have not heard of this before, as she is also one of the owners.You would think that they would be proud of their work. I was totally embarrassed and ashamed of the arrangement they sent .
