From the time i reached out to them via their portal, till the time my painful tooth was extracted I had an excellent experience with them. Starting with Wendy, who was very clear and precise over the phone, I was met by Dr. Ana Santana Guerrero who inspired confidence and had an excellent manner about her. The medication was good. The tooth extraction by Dr. Lam was quite painless and efficiently done. Visiting the dentist in this case was a pleasure. Thank you. Zafar Rizvi
Went here a couple of years ago. Both dentists and hygienists were always late (I always booked morning appointments so it was not due to being behind on late patients), and I had multiple cleanings cancelled on me last minute. Dr Santana was also very dismissive towards my pain when drilling my teeth. However I do remember the front desk being very nice. I've since started going to another dentist in the area that isn't dismissive and isn't always late and cancelling.
