DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This apartment complex is straight trash!!! I've lived here going on 3 yrs, and the amount of incompetence and audacity by management is crazy! They o absolutely nothing when it comes to fixing things. I had to send them a certified letter because my ac hasn't been working for 2 weeks. Made several calls and requests to office and corporate, and either parties did absolutely nothing!!! Save your money and time!!
Save your self- don’t move here Very grateful not to live here anymore. Moving in to find out later it was getting sold. While the place went really down. And the new owners almost made it worse with lies, neglect & basically pushing me out the door. The list goes: roach infested/ Maintenance issues/ outdated poor condition equipment/ 100 year old crusty badly painted cabinets/ really bad painted doors & walls / closets with badly painted really bent clothing rods/ light switches but no lights in the rooms or fans/ bathrooms... read more
Do yourself a favor and live anywhere but here. This place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. The new management is awful, very unhelpful and not on top of a single thing. The buildings are infested with roaches, no matter what you try they will be back. I’ve ran into more issues than fingers on my hands since moving in. Please don’t fall for the low move-in advertisement rates, it’s not worth it.
Just straight up BAD!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Never answers the phone !! Threatened to evict me the FIRST day I moved in! Came back from work my first night and had eviction papers and when I called the next day with my proof of payment (money order) they said just disregard. How ridiculous !! Everything takes long to fix and the most annoying of all I took 3 weeks to get on the phone with them one time! They NEVER ANSWER. No Emails and no calls, or voicemails. Awful So, let's start from the beginning. I moved in here January 2019. I have 76 photos of everything wrong with the apartment from day one. These include an inch wide gap both between the top and bottom of the door frame, warped bathroom flooring - which turned into rot - pest issues, damaged door frame, and so much more. From the beginning step of looking and applying though their user friendly website all the way to finalizing my application was very easy. Don’t move here!! This place is a joke. If you have a family and little kids DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! The other week some lady was getting dragged by the hair into an apartment screaming “I don’t want to go”. There are always cops coming. The playground is not safe seeing how the other kids here try to light stuff on fire. ROACHES are everywhere! And pest control won’t help seeing how there are gaps on the front door and back door. Park west They are really slow fixing things but the office staff are very friendly. They let me in when no-one else would I was homeless but had been working steady for 6 months they knew about the Haven for hope and the the people who were transitioning out of there and gave me a chance for that I'll ener be greatful
worst place ever I have lived here for almost 2 years, I have had several issues with the maintenance. Most recently my air conditioning went out on a Monday and maintenance didn't come until that Friday, when they did show up they told me that I would have to wait until the next Monday to "repair" the AC. I have also had had other issues that have taken months to resolve.
