This is the 3rd time I have used Astound services and they've always provided me Five Star service. Julie is always detailed with me and my tenants. I would recommend their services to everyone.
As a perspective client, we had questions regarding the contract between the management company and us (the rental owners). There was ambiguity between what the contract was stating, and what we were being told. For instance, the contract stated we were to provide workman's comp insurance, but Stuart said that we did not. I was assisted by Juile throughout the rental process and she was great! Very responsive and friendly.
